Tracy

As you can see, Tracy is a shiny. She still has a slightly different color palette than normal shiny Vaporeons though.
Her head and tail fin are a more reddish pink, while the pink making up the most of her skin is a more purplish pink than normal.
Her neck and ear fins are a different color, and the same color as each other (usually the neck fin is white and the ears are yellow, they're both a very pale cream now)
The color seperation on her head is different, and she has blue jewelry and a pattern on her tail.
Tracy is very sporty and free-willed, and she's a trendsetter.
